I received your email, but decided to send a “Thank You” via “snail-mail”.
It just seems
to be more personal and will let you know that we truly did appreciate the
meeting, lunch
and dinner. I have spoken with everyone that was able to attend from our
agency and
they enjoyed it thoroughly. They agreed that it was nice to be able to meet
the people
who they speak with and the names that they hear around the office. We
(notice that I am
including myself) were able to learn stuff that I didn’t even know Jenesis
did, things that
we wouldn’t have learned without the meeting. We have also decided to start
charging
installment fees!!!
Once again, you truly outdid yourself with the dinner. It was very nice and
classy.
Although we already knew this, it was even more evident that you appreciated
your
Jenesis-users.
Thank again for the excellent day of events and we look forward to the next.

I just wanted to thank you so much for the great meeting Saturday. I really
needed that. I enjoyed meeting everyone. I think you were right on target
with everything that you did by keeping it informal and letting it be just
what we needed it to be. I hope that you have more of these in the future,
It has gotten me so motivated. Becky and I had discussed transactional
filing to start on Jan 1. Which she may still want to wait to do, but I cant
help but want to start now. I enjoyed meeting every one of your staff people
that I had not met before. You have a great team. I hope to follow in your
footsteps.... except for the programming part. I am blonde you know. We
should only expect so much from me! Dinner was delicious and fun. Thanks
again so much for all that you’ve done for us here in this agency and all
that you have done to help your fellow insurance agents.

Our agency was looking for one system to handle
all of our needs for auto, homeowners, commercial, payments, motorcycles and
act. This list could go on and on

I feel that Jenesis is my extra employee that
works tirelessly twenty-fours a day if needed. It has made our agents more
efficient by:
A.
Having one place to go for policy
information/payment information.
B.
Prints the dl123’s, fs-l’s certificate’s of
insurance and proof of insurance for lien holders.
C.
Combines all of our transmittals into one
report at the end of the day to make closing out the day’s
business easier.
Eddie I tried to keep this simple,
however it really does not do justice to Jenesis because of the sheer number
of tasks it performs in helping our agency with the daily workload.
